Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in immigration law services, is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage their invoicing operations

Salary: $22,000 Gross Monthly
.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality customer service
.
Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
.
Verify billing data, correct errors, and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies
.
Address and resolve client billing inquiries and disputes promptly and empathetically
.
Prepare regular financial reports on billing activities, such as outstanding invoices and payment status
.
Maintain comprehensive and organized billing files in accordance with company policies
.
Ideal Profile:
Languages: Mandatory fluency in written and oral English and Spanish for this bilingual role
.
Experience: 1 year of entry-level experience, with prior billing experience highly preferred
.
Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred
.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
.
Competencies: Strong time management skills and high integrity in handling sensitive information
.
