SERVICE NOW
Automates and optimizes technology service operations. Automate service operations to improve productivity and ofter employees a superior work experience
ACTIVITIES
* Develop, enchance, operate and maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database
* Provide technical services within the ServiceNow ITOM Suite
* Build custom probes and patterns to enhance ServiceNow Discovery
* Build integrations with monitoring solutions to facilitate event management processes
* Manage a multi-source CMDB utilizing identification and reconciliation rules to increase the accuracy and reliability of the data
* Drive opportunities for increased efficiencies on the ServiceNow Platform considering automation in all aspects
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
* Understanding web service connections and packet delivery protocols including HTTP, TCP, JDBC. ODBC.SNMP, SOAP, and REST.
* Ability to write complex SQL Statements andcode in JavaScript and Python
* Undestanding of concepts and Characteristics of routing and switching ( routers, switchers, firewalls, NAT, load balancing)
* Ability to script, parse and interpret files/scripts using XML, JSON, RegEx and delimiters.
COMPETENCIES , SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE
* 4-5 Years of hands-on IT Experience in a technical/helpdesk role
* 4-5 years of hands - on experience with at least one infrastructure technology ( for Example UNIX or Windows)
* Solid Knowledge in Microsoft Excel ( Power Query highly desirable)
* Advance Level of English
* Technical English is required
* Highly motivated, driven and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment
* Proactive
