Descripción
This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely repair quotes for our customers equipment. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills to ensure that quotes are complete, competitive, and aligned with company standards. The position requires excellent organization and communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed, customer-ready repair quotes including labor, parts, and lead times in a timely manner.
Collaborate with technical experts to clarify scope of repairs and confirm technical details.
Communicate with procurement to verify pricing, shipping, and availability of parts.
Track open quotes and follow up with customers to drive approvals.
Maintain records of quotes, parts pricing, and repair recommendations in the company system.
Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, service standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Requires college credits in a related field, with a degree considered a plus.
Requires 1+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or parts coordination in a technical service environment (preferred: cleanroom, lab equipment, HVAC, or similar industries).
Proficiency with quoting within ERP/CRM systems.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$23,625 - $27,300 BASE GROSS
$1000 FOOD STAMPS

30 DAYS CHRISTMAS BONUS
VACATIONS + 15 PTO DAYS( FROM DAYS 1 TO FIRST YEAR´S ANIVERSARY, AFTER THAT 5 PTO DAYS PER YEAR
