Job Description:
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative with 2+ years of experience in CSR roles in English and Spanish. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will also identify sales opportunities and help achieve sales targets by offering relevant solutions to our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service and sales processes.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company offerings, and industry trends.
Handle returns, complaints, and other customer issues in accordance with company policies.
Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service or similar CSR roles, in English and Spanish.
Experience in customer service or similar positions.
Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently.
Effective task management in a remote environment.
System Requirements (for remote work):
Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 or higher.
Minimum 8GB RAM for multitasking.
Workstation free from noise and distractions.
Backup internet connection.
USB headset with noise cancellation.
Backup power solution (Generator/UPS or alternative location).
Academic Background:
Degree associated with the position.
Mandatory English level C1-C2.
