At Intugo, we partner with an international company specializing in accounting and financial outsourcing services for CPA firms and U.S.-based clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate Bookkeeper with experience supporting U.S. accounting operations and a strong understanding of financial processes under U.S. GAAP standards.
This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
Key Responsabilities:
Maintain and manage general ledger accounts and financial records.
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
Communicate with internal teams and U.S.-based CPA firms regarding financial data.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards and accounting procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting U.S. clients or CPA firms.
Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP).
Experience using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
Intermediate-Advanced to Advanced English proficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
