At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in digital media and online consumer services. We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist (Temporary) to support the Accounts Receivable team by managing customer accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding outstanding balances through calls and email.
Negotiate payment arrangements and help resolve account discrepancies.
Process collections, update account records, and maintain accurate documentation.
Reconcile payments and research billing or payment issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer account concerns.
RequirementsMust-Have
1+ year of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, or Data Entry.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
Experience with Great Plains or similar ERP systems.
Experience working with U.S. clients.
