What You’ll Do
Provide technical and customer support via phone and email
Assist customers with account issues, and general inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Handle billing questions and disputes
Accurately document customer interactions
Follow up on cases to ensure full resolution
Meet quality and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge and ability to navigate computer systems
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of electric vehicles is a plus

Technical Requirements
Windows 10 PC
Intel i5 (5th gen or higher) / AMD equivalent
Minimum 16 GB RAM
Wired headset with microphone & webcam
Quiet, dedicated workspace
Internet:
50+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload
Ethernet connection required

Schedule
Training: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:36 PM EST
Operations: 24/7 availability required (flexible shifts)
2 days off per week
30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $16,200 MXN gross/month
Weekly pay
Performance bonus: up to $4,500 MXN/month
$1,000 MXN monthly food vouchers
$500 MXN telework bonus
