Software Engineer
Description
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Must Haves:
3 years of experience
Proficient in Spanish
Knowledge of shell scripting on Linux, Bash, Korn, Perl, Python or Ansible scripts
Knowledge of shell scripting on Windows, PowerShell, or Python.
Knowledge of HTTP, REST and JSON for calling API Services in Automation Scripts.
Comfortable working in RedHat Linux command-line.
Participate in production support team.
Excellent general understanding of Linux, cloud networking and server management
Knowledge of HTTP or Background in web technologies is highly desired.
Plusses:
Dynatrace experience
Bilingual in both English/Spanish
Knowledge of DevOps tools and platforms such as Terraform, Rundeck, Ansible.
