The Digital & E-Commerce Manager will lead the growth and structure of audette’s digital presence — developing a coherent, long-term strategy to scale the brand’s online business while keeping its creative identity at the core.
Main responsibilities include:
audette is looking for an experienced and autonomous profile with a strong understanding of digital growth and a genuine interest in contemporary fashion and design.

- Define and lead the overall digital strategy for audette — focusing on growth, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Develop a clear roadmap to turn the online channel into a strong and sustainable revenue driver.
- Identify key growth opportunities across markets, platforms, and audiences.
- Manage and optimise the Shopify website: performance, conversion, and customer experience.
- Manage Klaviyo: segmentation, flows, newsletters, automation, and analytics.
- Lead Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns: structure, targeting, budgeting, and optimisation.
- Develop the organic and paid strategies on TikTok and Instagram, in coordination with the creative team.
- Analyse digital performance (traffic, sales, CAC, ROAS, engagement) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Build a test-and-learn culture across all digital touchpoints.
- Ensure alignment between brand image, creative direction, and digital performance.
audette is looking for an experienced and autonomous profile with a strong understanding of digital growth and a genuine interest in contemporary fashion and design.
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience managing international markets, particularly the US or Europe.
- Full proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to structure and execute digital growth plans independently.
- Analytical and results-oriented, while sensitive to brand image and creative consistency.
- Strong understanding of contemporary fashion culture and digital storytelling.
- Curious, precise, and motivated to grow an independent international label.
