Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Document and update customer information in CRM systems.
Verify customer applications and personal information.
Schedule appointments and provide accurate information to customers.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Follow company procedures and ensure data accuracy.
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Required Qualifications
Advanced conversational English (required).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
