We are currently seeking talented individuals to join a U.S.-based law firm specialized in immigration services, assisting people in regularizing their immigration status through legal processes such as work permit applications, work visas, permanent residency, and more.

Compensation
• Gross monthly salary: $16,000 MXN

Main Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner via phone and email.
• Transfer clients to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up with clients regarding the current status of their case.

Requirements
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.
• Native Spanish speaker with conversational English.
• Call center or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
• Full-time availability.
