Are you detail-oriented, financially savvy, and skilled in vendor and asset management? We are looking for a Budget Planning & Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budget planning and forecasting processes for IT assets
Manage asset lifecycle and coordinate with vendors (asset-focused vendor management)
Produce clear, actionable insights using Power BI and Excel
Maintain accurate and timely reporting on asset and financial data
Support budget controls and track spending across IT initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally and with global teams using ServiceNow and other tools
What You Bring:
Experience in budget management, financial planning, and reporting
Strong command of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of ServiceNow
Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
Basic understanding of network infrastructure (non-technical)
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
