Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Operations Specialist – Order Management to support the creation and management of customer service orders. This role is responsible for ensuring service orders are completed accurately, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the sales process through efficient order management.
Key Responsibilities
• Create accurate and detailed service orders based on previously completed work.
• Review customer requirements and specifications to ensure all necessary information is included.
• Ensure eligible assets are properly assigned and transferred to the appropriate Inside Sales Representative.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to gather information required for order creation.
• Identify opportunities to improve order creation processes and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Identify sales opportunities based on previous customer services.
• Prepare quotes and submit them to the Sales team.
• Process and submit orders once sales opportunities have been closed.
Required Qualifications
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer operations, or an administrative role, preferably within a service industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Understanding of sales processes and the sales funnel, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
